Unappetizing
Has anyone ever been drawn into a restaurant, thinking, "I've gotta try out that place," with this sign:
MARGES [sic] KITCHEN
SPECIAL
CABBAGE AND
CORNBEEF SOUP
Hmm?

Really. I live right by it and the sign looks like a 4th grader made it with a stencil.
Have you been in? Who is Marge? Where did CK's go? I know she also works at Smith. But can't SOMEBODY open a chic coffee shop there?
No idea about CK's; never made it by there, but it sure looked more appealing.
I'm just pleased that we have two good coffee places in Florence now - Evolution and Cup & Top. And Cup & Top even has butter in their pastries.
